I had taken 2 stool softeners Friday night, still nothing, 3 during the day on Saturday, still nothing. Took this drug on Sunday night and yes it cleared out my bowels, but it was hard to get down. Very salty. And, I feel wiped out today (Monday).

Though I would recommend taking it at the end of the day so you can determine how it will affect your system. Once it was "done" I felt much better & had no residual side effects that sometimes come from using laxatives. Most of all, there was NO cramping... only a strong urge to "go".

After hearing all the stories, It was not that unpleasent. I think part of the ease was because I started a liquid diet the day before. There was no cramping!
