A little stomach ache for a few minutes after taking the drug on an empty stomach. Eating food first eliminates that.

I have also suffered those migraine-like headaches. Usually resulting from stopping the medication, and sometimes from when I believe it has flushed the Uric acid from my system. It usually takes me a day to get over the headache, or start taking more indomethacin. It also makes my eyes hurt more than anything else.

I believe I had an allergic reaction to this medication which resulted in hospitalization for 2 days for severe migraine-like headache accompanied by nausea.
