LOVE< LOVE< LOVE this medication! Got my life back! Have been on it for 13 years. Have SLE and suffered from joint pain and swelling, hair loss, fatigue, migraines, and other bad neurological symptoms, rash. Debilitating fatigue was the worst! I have systemic Lupus...took Plaquenil with great relief over 10 years...then woke up one morning and left eye COMPLETELY BLIND. I am very satisfied with this medI don't have very many flare ups,I take 200mg twice a dayI'm having a hard time walking now & I don't know if the lupus is responsible or not, my balance is not good at all, & my breathing is not geedood either, I need my oxygen, especilly after i've walked for a bit , which is not even 5 miutes, I get short of breath & need to sit down right away,cause my legs feel like they won't support me.

I have had few symptoms since being diagnosed with RA. I'm not sure if this drug is entirely the cause, but I'm pleased with my minimal symptoms to date.

Within a month of my diagnosis and being prescribed this medication, the swelling in my hands reduced enough for me to put my wedding rings back on for the first time in almost a year. My shoe size also went down a half size and the puffiness in my ankles went away. I have now been on this medication for 11 months and still cannot believe the difference from this time last year.
