I HAVE BEEN TAKING THIS DRUG FOR 9 MONTHS. IN THE BEGINNING IT CAUSED A HEADACHE WHICH IT MADE HARD TO SLEEP. I TALKED TO MY DOCTOR AND HE CUT THE DOSAGE IN HALF. THE HEADACHE SUBSIDED AND AFTER 3 MONTHS I WENT BACK TO NORMAL DOSAGE AND HAVE BEEN WITHOUT HEADACHE SINCE. I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANY OF MY CHEST PAIN WHAT SO EVER AND HIGHLY RECOMENED THIS DRUG.

Haven't noticed any difference as far as chest pain but my Blood Pressure has dropped to the point I can't function. Directions are to take 1/2 a pill twice a day (60MG)Changed to 1 a day and can't do. This morning I took 1/4 of a pill and blood pressure dropped to 68/34. WAY TOO LOW FOR ME!

I am on a dose of 240MG ER a day. I take it at night in one dose. The reason I take it at night was because of symptoms such as feeling lightheaded. When taken before bed I seldom feel this side effect.

On initially taking this drug I experienced a moderate to severe headache that diminished with continued use. It was very effective in helping with chest pain severity but I take it only 1 time a day as RX.

Very effective; but not perfect. I still get some tightness and pain on exertion such as climbing inclines quickly. have to slow down. But the tightness when I talk is gone. Absolutely cannot do without it.

This drug does somewhat relieve symptoms of Angina. I recently discovered that this drug violently reacts with Tylenol 3. Did not know this! my heart rate dropped so bad I passed out. Reluctant to take any pain meds along with this medication.

At first I experienced headaches similar to nitroglycerin tablets but after continued regular useage they subsided and I experienced no other side effects. The relief lasts for at least 8hrs. per dose and frequently all day long. If you suffer from night time angina like me it is particularly effective.

Luckily no headache, but blood pressure stays below 100 on top. Also dry mouth, dizziness, and blurred vision. Angina pain is better so it appears to be working.

My Cardiologist prescribed this medication for PVCs I was experiencing during exercises done in connection with Cardio Rehab following a light heart attack during stent insertion to correct a blocked artery. I experienced severe headaches during the day after using in the am before exercise. The Doctor suggested I take the medicine at night before bedtime, with a tylenol to reduce headaches. That seemed to work, since exercise is done in the morning. PVCs are improved, with less occurence since using the medication.Read More Read Less

Have taken this medication on two seperate occasions, both times I have had severe headaches w/moderate dizziness. Cannot even go shopping w/o sitting down every 15 minutes. Not good! Will try taking 1/2 dosage to remedy side effects.

I was taking several new meds that my new cadio-doctor gave me. I did not know which one was given me REALLY BAD HEADACES so I stop taking all of them, until I realize that it was this one. I told my doctor and she told me STOP taking it. The other meds are fine.
