the supplement worked very well in controlling high cholesterol. stomach and bowel problems occurred while taking and had to stop.

I take this because my good cholesteral is low and the doctor suggested I take fish oil. I was taking 3 capsules a day, but I had constant diarreah, so I cut it down to 2 capsules a day and it is a lot better! They are a little hard to swallow and smell bad.

My triglycerides not only went down in only 6 months, I lost weight. and it was so much cheaper than the drug my physician wanted to give me.

I started taking Omega 3 fish oil capsules after seeing an ad on TV last year..its 1000mg taken 3 times a day ..the maker is Natures Bounty from Walgreens and so far seems to be working as its supposed to. Im very pleaser.
