After gardening without gloves, developed a rash, appears to be poison OAK. Its was extremely itchy. I used benadryl topical initially. It works ok but this is a miracle drug in comparison. It really eliminates the itching.

After several weeks of 2xdaily use this drug caused purple blotches on arms and legs and blood blisters which ruptured and bled, also some hair loss. No more effective than betnovate or hydrocortisone. Use discontinued. Different medication proscribed.

Had an sore toward the top of buttocks crack, not sure what caused it but it never ever really healed. I could put triple antibiotic on it and it would heal to about 75% to 80% but never totally heal. Finally after about 2 years of this i went to a MD who prescribed this and it worked. I should have went to doc earlier but I did not have any insurance at the time. Glad it worked I suffered for over 2 years and this stuff cleared it up. Every few months it tries to come back and a couple of days of this stuff and it goes away. It worked for whatever I had.Read More Read Less

So for the last 5-6 years or so my legs were breaking out on my calves and it was seemingly spreading on my lower legs and knees. The areas affected were red, bumpy and extremely itchy; so itchy that I would scratch until I bled or take one of those metal foot skin scrapers and rub my legs until it didn't itch anymore, but again, my legs would look like a wild animal attacked them. Finally, I went to a dermatologist as I thought I was suffering from eczema or psoriasis something. The lady was super sweet and told me that I had a very normal skin condition called Keratosis pilaris and prescribed me the mometasone. I only need it periodically when I have a flare up, but holy cow it helps me so much and it makes my legs look like legs and not red, bumpy, scarred up pieces of walk meat. :P I have had zero side effects, however, it is a steroidal type cream so I was warned to use only as needed, but no longer than 2 weeks at a time as it does have carcinogenic properties if the steroid aspect affects you on a molecular level. I think I only use it a few times a year, today included! I thought I lost my bottle and nearly fell apart in a happy dance when I finally found it as my legs have been so itchy the last week. I hope this helps for anyone who also suffers from Keratosis pilaris. Read More Read Less

20 years ago I had a spider or insect bite that would not heal. Used this product and had excellent results within less than a week. Was so impressed I kept the empty tube for reference. 4 months ago another spider or insect left 10 distinct and irritating bites on my hip that slowly grew worse. Had severe itching often, and no healing was occurring. Got a new prescription of same product. Used it twice daily for nearly a month. Relief/improvement took 2-3 weeks this time. Still have the same distinct bite marks that appear red, but itching & discomfort are gone. Will resume use in another month if the marks remain. I am likely very sensitive to certain insect or spider bites. My guess is that I was risking infection by constant scratching. Should have gotten this prescription after the first few weeks and nothing over-the-counter was working.Read More Read Less

I used this as a nasal spray as I've been unable to breath through my nose (or smell much) due to swelling inside my nasal passages. I found it to be very effective. I've previously been prescribed nasal sprays that I've found uncomfortable to use and ineffective.

I have had to use this drug/cream for 10 days. This was because I have allergic reactions to extended sun exposure. This allergic reaction cause rashes in my skin. After 10 days the rash went and I also used a combination of multivitamins,Sunscreen as well as some tablets the doctor prescribed for me. This cream worked very well for me but I would recommend seeing a doctor and not get it over the counter(if is it available) as it may not suit you. But for most rashes and stuff this thing is a miracle!! Read More Read Less

I had a grapefruit sized area on my leg that has been scabbed over, red and itchy for over a year. The doctor said it was likely due to the poor circulation in my lower legs, which stay swollen. This medication made miraculous improvement almost immediately. For the first time in a year, I can wear a dress or shorts and not be embarrassed. it's wonderful.

My son developed small red blisters under his arms and on his chest and back after wearing a new t-shirt at school ( has allergies to certain dyes ). This medication decreased the itching within minutes. The blisters had reduced to flat pink dots within an hour. This cream was a blessing and the relief was quick!

My girlfriend uses this lotion for her eczema and it vanished only hours after the first application! She has used a lot of lotions in the past that haven't done much, but this one seems to do the trick! You can't even tell she has eczema anymore at all. Her skin is so much healthier.

This medication was prescribed for my 2 year old who was diagnosed with Eczema at 2mos. He developed the rash in his genital area and the cream worked for a littler under a year. We didn't use it continuously because he only had outbreaks when the climate changed. This recent outbreak was the worse because the weather went from the 90's to the high 50's over night. I put the cream on it and it cleared the irritation; however, it left my son with bleached skin around his mouth. Didn't use more than usual and am still clueless as to why it discolored his skin this time. As of right now we are discontinuing using this cream and moving on to something else.Read More Read Less
