I was prescribed this medication along with Keflex. I'm not sure if it worked or not for my skin infection. I broke out in itchy and painful hives all over my body. I haven't taken either medication since.

Since taking this drug for a UTI for which I had no UTI-like symptoms (but had a positive urinalysis) I have had ongoing upper-left quadrant pain in my abdomen and onset of UTI like symptoms. My abdominal pains seem to be getting worse but when I called my dr about it she informed me that I needed to stay on it. I do not like this drug's effect on me AT all, and I am going to ask my dr. tomorrow to put me on another antibiotic able to treat a UTI.

I got very sick (84%) oxygen stats and full of crud 1 day after a sore throat. Starting feeling better 2 days after starting the meds. and now feel great.

I actually got worse, high fever, prolonged with use. Once discontinued use fever was gone.
