Been taking 400mg Seroquel (along w/ Abilify & Cymbalta)for 3 yrs and have been tremendously happy w/ how it has changed/improved my moods, sleep & lifestyle. That said, thoroughly disgusted w/ having added 50lbs (4 dress sizes) to my 5'2" frame, increased my cholesterol, and dr. says I am now pre-diabetic. I'm going to a new dr. next week, in hopes of getting off the seroquel ... Show Full Comment

Although it helps with my depression I have gained over 50lbs. My appetite is out of control. I always have a headache in the mornings. My doctor is slowly taking me off it. Recently I started having hallucinations and they have really scared me, another reason he said it was time to get off of it. Hopefully with a new med it will help my bipolar and weight issues.
