This med is necessary for me as I have had both liver & kidney transplants. I am allergic to Prograf, the alternative med I do have issues with my heart/blood pressure due to these meds & have to take other meds to reduce those threats. I do get more headaches than before transplants;however, my life was saved & I am very thankful.

I have been taking this in gel capsule since 2007. The worst side effects are constipation and severe exhaustion. I am 63 now and hope they come up with something better soon? I get bedsores if I sleep anymore!

I have a rare auto-immune disease; pyoderma gangranosum, and not from the usual people get from...side effects are a bitch, but have been sick for a long time with this and cyclosp is the only med that works...just wish side effects were not so severe...very afraid to ever go off this med, condition will come back...

I've taken it for 14 years and the doctor wants to decrease my dosage and my lab shows that the trough is lower than normal. Is it normal to reduce the dosage when my lab is low?
