I have suffered for 2 weeks with a sudden onset of asthma due to environmental changes. Since I've never had asthma, I was not sure what was happening. My doctor today told me what it was and gave me a RespiClick inhaler with a script for steroids. I didn't notice anything on the first use of the inhaler (2 pouches) right away; however, about 2 hours post, my coughing had been greatly reduced. ...

So for the Respiclick by Proair is seeming to be very ineffective. Very disappointed

I've never written a review before, but felt the need to do so for this product because it DOES NOT WORK! My daughter has exercise-induced asthma and she can't get ANY relief from her new inhaler. Going back to her old inhaler immediately. Parents, be warned - this is a very dangerous product to not work if your child needs it for rescue.

This has to be the worse rescue inhailer ever, the only thing it prevents is you from breathing. When is the class action law suit because anyone who uses this needs to sue.

When my dr. wrote the rx I didn't realize it was a different type of ProAir. I was used the aerosol formula/propellant. This Respiclick seems to shoot a powder into your lungs and it made me cough like crazy every time I used it. What's the sense of a rescue product if you makes your difficulty breathing worse? I have no insurance and it's not so easy to go try to switch it out. Very dissatisfied!

This is by far the worst rescue inhaler on the market. It is a dry air inhaler, meaning it does NOT spray the air you have to be able in inhale it yourself. When having an asthma attack you can't inhale (hence asthma attack). After using 4 treatments to give it a chance, I had to quickly find another inhaler. If I hadn't had my other inhaler this could have had outcome. If you are trying this for the first time ALWAYS keep another inhaler with you other than the ProAir RespiClick!

It just doesn't work. Made my symptoms worse. I agree with all the other comments here. Thankfully I got a free sample of it. Don't use it. The traditional inhaler works just fine. Why re-invent it?! Who approved this?!! They are trying to kill us all!!!

I have used an inhaler most of my life for athsma. I have always been perscriber a albuterol rescue inhaler. I got a new doctor in nevada who ive seen once and never wish to see again. The care he gave was horrible. He perscribed me this new inhaler. If i cant breath how am i suppose to suck in this seemingly to be powder? I have been coughing more sence starting this garbage and fell no releif. This is horrible medicine. Im going to find another doctor and one who will put me back on the albuterol that has always worked. This is not good.Read More Read Less

This has been the worst emergency inhaler I have ever tried. I've had asthma for 20 years and have never had a worse inhaler. It GIVES me a worse asthma attack and was a total waste of the $50.00 it costs. I can't imagine that they tested this on asthmatics. It's horrible. Don't try it...that's my advice. Stay away from it.

The ProAir Respiclick is totally useless for me. I don't seen to get any relief using it, whereas the ProAir aerosol works great for me.

I do not have asthma but I did get a terrible case of bronchitis. I had very bad labored breathing and terrible wheezing. This help immediately. I did not like that it made my blood pressure go up and made my heart rate go up for a while as well. Didn't like the after effect

I have had a chronic cough and congrestion for several weeks. Dr prescribed the PROAir Respiclick to help with difficult breathing at times. I have taken 3-5 doses per day for the past 2 weeks and have not noticed any significant improvement. I haven't experienced any major side effects other than dry mouth and throat from the powder and odd tastes. Luckily, this was a trial that only cost me $20 with coupon, but it really doesn't seem to do much.

This inhaler is just pointless. I wish that the makers would actually read these comments to know how poor this inhaler is. They expect you to take a breath with the inhaler but how can you do that if you're having an asthma attack. If your dr writes you a prescription for this just give it back. You'll be more pissed using it than just dying from an asthma attack

Never had to use an inhaler. I wasn't even sure if I was doing it correctly until the second day. I do not feel relief from my bronchitis even with this.

I have allergic asthma that for years has required use of an albuterol inhaler when symptoms appear (mostly seasonal). My doctor switched me to this one because he said the delivery method was better. I did find it easy to use and felt it delivered a more consistent dose than the regular proair inhaler, which has a weak and unreliable spray. However, the respiclick worsened my asthma significantly, and also gave me chest pains. Most of the symptoms disappeared fairly quickly after switching back to my old inhaler, but it was several days before I was back to normal again. This time I'm insisting that my doctor let me go back to a Ventolin inhaler, which sprays much better than the proair. It costs more but it's worth it. Read More Read Less

Although the flip to fill seems innovative, the normal albuterol was simple enough. I've used this 35 years. Now I have been given the RespiClick inhaler. I have had it two days and have been unable to get any relief from it. The instructions tell me to click, suck as hard as possible to get medicine out, and then hold it as long as possible before breathing out. Whoever designed this doesn't have the asthma blockage I am used to. When I need the medicine, I can barely take a short breath of air. There is no way for me to take a deep, or slightly deep breath. Doctor said to take every four hours so that it is not a rescue situation. However, since no medicine is going in, I just struggle for four hours, and then try twice again, to no avail. I have had the device for two days and have used thirty doses according to the meter. (I have attempted to use it twelve times.) This product is useless.Read More Read Less
