This medication works well with minimal side effects. It mutes the pain levels down to a point where you can concentrate on daily activities without feeling "drugged".... There are two very important points to this medication that cannot be ignored without side effects. Overdosage: From all the blogs I've found, overdosage often results in sleeplessness. Headaches and stomach cramps are a...

I only gave one star, because iv never taken this medication. ( yet) Celebrex 200 mg for a year, I can get out of bed and be somewhat normal, but have not walk more then 50 yards without pain. ( L4-L5-S1-Hip problems) nine injectings over the three years all NSADS, PT twice. Can this be taken with Celebrex? Has anyone taken both together?

I was taking tramadol for a while and it waz working great. Then I fainted one day and went into a seizure. Had no notice what so ever. It just happened, went to the ER, they couldn't figure out anything. Then it happened again, and again. I realized it was the tramadol. I have ever other people experiencing this also. So, be careful, because I couldn've been driving when that happened. Very scary, because someone did, and now she's disabled and he children were with her, luckily their o.k.

It took 2 tablets of Ultram (trazadol) to ease severe migraine and acute cervical/trapezious muscle spasms/pain which kept me awake at night and was so severe that I was in tears. I only had to take the medication for 2 days before it was unneeded. I was able to sleep and function during the day.

The tramadol was very effective in controlling the pain due to a tear in the rotator cuff. I was unable to use other dugs to help control the pain. I experienced no overt side effects with the exception of some mild constipation which was easily controlled with the use of a mild laxative.

I am having back surgery on November 12th and am currently taking a vicodin and a tramadol every 4 to 5 hours. If I take only 1 of either pills, I get very little relief. Taking both together makes my days more managable and I'm still able to continue working until the surgery.

I have some nerve damage along with alot of lower back pain. This medicine helps for the nerve pain, but not for my lower back pain. Maybe it's just not strong enough.

I am perscribed Ultram for menstrual pain and it reduces that pain, however it does not work as effectively as it should. I still take pamprin or midol along with the medication and still the cramps do not cease.

Mother was switched from Percoset to Ultram in the hospital after open heart surgery, and she started hallucinating after one dose. Hearing people who weren't there, talking in her sleep. It was frightening. They never gave her a second dose. Be careful!
